Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4


The Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 was reviled Lamborghini at the Geneva Motor Show on February 28, 2011. It is a two-seater sports car that is replacing the Murciélago which has not been replaced in ten years. The Aventador is going to be the new flagship for the Lamborghini line in 2011. Shortly after its release, Lamborghini announced that they had already sold 12 months worth of the production vehicles, with deliveries starting in the second half of 2011. The car has formula style suspension and steering with a carbon fiber body. The Aventador has a V12 that produces 691bhp and can do 0-60 mph in 2.9 second with a top speed of 230mph. On Top Gear, a British motoring show it went around the track in 1.16.5 beating the Bugatti Vayron and climbing to the top of there lap times. To bring thins back into perspective the Aventador gets a average mpg of 14 and cost $379,900.
