Jaguar F-Type Coupe/ C-X16 concept name: first look

According to the Top Gear site, the article about the F-Type Coupe is published tomorrow. Oh yeah it is tomorrow for them. Anyway, Jaguar recently, like tomorrow, released some information on the Coupe version of their F-Type. And limited it is, we know it will have a roof which is a good sign, because it is a coupe. We also know that, unlike the C-X16 concept that it evolved from which, had a 475bhp hybrid power train, it will have the same three engine options that the F-Type convertible already has. Those three engines are a 335bhp V6, 375bhp V6S and a massive V8S with 488bhp.

This new F-Type is part two from Jaguar to "out-911 the Porsche 911", with a lighter, more powerful version to be spawned from the coupe down the road. The F-Type Coupe will also eventually inherit the new all-wheel drive system that is going to be found on the upcoming 'baby saloon' and C-X17(I will do both soon), which stays in RWD until power is need to the front wheels via an electric center differential. But for now the F-Type Coupe will most likely be just RWD.

By the picture I saw of the F-Type Coupe, I think it will look better then its convertible sibling. I have actually been anticipating the release of the coupe version since Jaguar unveiled the F-Type more then the F-Type itself. In Los Angles, on November 19, Jaguar will reveal the rest of this beauty.

(These are all C-X16 picture, because there are no real good pictures of the F-Type Coupe yet.)
